FAQ's

1. What types of tests do you offer?
We provide a full range of DNA and drug testing services, including paternity & family relationship DNA tests, immigration DNA tests, workplace and DOT drug screens, urine testing, and more — all delivered with accuracy and confidentiality.

2. How does mobile testing work?
Our trained professionals come directly to your home, workplace, or event location to collect samples. After collection, samples are securely transported to our partner accredited laboratory for analysis.

3. Are your DNA test results accurate?
Yes.  We are partnered with accredited labs that use proven scientific methods that deliver highly accurate results comparable to lab‑collected testing. For relationship tests, results often exceed 99.9% accuracy.

4. How long does it take to get results?
Turnaround times vary by test type, but many DNA test results can be ready within 1–2 business days after the lab receives the samples. Expedited options may also be available for certain services with added costs.

5. Can DNA test results be used in court?
Yes — if you require legal, court‑admissible DNA test results (e.g., for custody, support, or immigration), we follow strict chain‑of‑custody procedures during sample collection to ensure results are legally valid.

6. Do you provide drug testing for employment purposes?
Absolutely — we offer a variety of drug testing services suitable for employment screening and more.

7. Is at‑home DNA testing different from legal testing?
Yes. At‑home DNA testing is convenient for personal knowledge and peace of mind, but results cannot be used as legal evidence. Legal testing requires an accredited collector to perform the sample collection with verified identification.

8. How do I schedule a mobile testing appointment?
Simply contact us via phone or our website. We’ll help you choose the right test type and arrange an appointment time that fits your schedule.

9. Are my results confidential?
Yes — all DNA and drug test results are kept strictly confidential and delivered securely. We respect your privacy and protect your data throughout the entire process.

10. What do I need to prepare for a mobile test?
For DNA testing, ensure all parties to be tested avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes before cheek swab collection (if applicable). For drug testing, follow any specific instructions provided when booking your appointment.
