12 Panel Drug Test (Hair)

This hair drug test screens for Propoxyphene, Methadone, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates (including Codeine, Morphine, Heroin Metabolite, Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, and Oxycodone), Amphetamines and PCP. 

The sample is collected by cutting a small amount of hair from the head, chest, underarm, or from the arms or legs if there is not enough hair available on the head. 

This test is commonly ordered for employment purposes, probation or court ordered tests, etc.
