14 Panel Drug Test (Hair)

This hair drug test is extensive and screens for Propoxyphene, Methadone, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates (including Codeine, Morphine, Heroin Metabolite, Hydrocodone, Hydromorphone, and Oxycodone), Amphetamines, Phencyclidine (PCP), Tramadol, Sufentanil, Fentanyl and Meperidine. 

The sample is collected by cutting a small amount of hair from the head as close to the scalp as possible. Other body parts like chest, arm or legs can also be examined for possible collection if there is no hair on scalp.
